Our property technology helps consumers with their entire property journey, while we also work with estate agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers to help them adapt to their customers' changing needs and remain competitive. The Opportunity Our Account Management team is the ongoing point of contact for our clients. You'll be a helping hand to our clients throughout their OneDome experience: As an active member of the team, you'll have plenty of scope and opportunity to impact the direction of our product and ensure the team understands our client's needs. On a day-to-day basis you will: Contact Estate Agents or Home Builders who have signed up to our service via the telephone. Upselling our products and services. Be a trusted advisor for your clients guiding them through every aspect of the OneDome platform, answering any questions and dealing with the odd complaint. Take pride in offering a great customer service experience. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is passionate about shaping our processes and help us build an industry changing product. We want you to feel involved! Our team is growing but is still small enough for you to help build something from the ground up and have your say in how things should be done. Requirements: Desire to act with integrity and be a trusted advisor - putting the needs of the client first. Eagerness to work in an Account Management roll with a focus on upselling SAS products and client engagement. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Hunger and willingness to learn in a rapidly evolving business. Things which would be useful but not essential: Experience in the British estate agency market. The Process 1. An initial phone screen. This should last no more than 15 minutes. 2. An in-depth face to face discussion about your background, the role and your suitability for the role. 3.
