About the role * To support with personal care needs on an individual basis recognising choice, ability and diversity * To recognise and actively encourage the importance of social activity in a person's day * To understand the importance of a person's life history and incorporate this into the daily care needs About you If you have had some experience within this field, we would love to hear from you.
