Job Description

Twitch is seeking a talented and world-class Head of Sales to lead its fast growing advertising business in EMEA. The role is responsible for building Twitch's relationships with clients and agencies, conceiving monetization and yield strategies, managing client services, sales marketing and advertising operations, and optimizing the entire customer experience across a diverse portfolio of products: mobile, video, display, commerce, sponsorship and custom solutions. As a key leader in a rapidly growing global digital media company, this person will establish a high performing team and drive significant revenue growth. The Head of Sales will partner with their product and engineering counterparts to build a scalable revenue engine and optimize execution. We are seeking a collaborative leader, a results-oriented problem solver, and a business-builder with high customer empathy. Responsibilities Sales Leadership: Drive a world-class sales organization. Elevate skill sets and develop bench strength in the organization. Provide strong mentoring and coaching across the teams in EMEA/ Determine short and long range global sales revenue plans Develop and maintain key digital media relationships and marketing relationships for key customers and targets globally Set operating standards for revenue pipeline management Revenue Generation: Accelerate revenue growth and exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop new product offerings within existing and new lines of business Drive the sales management process as well as play a hands on role in driving revenue and opening doors for the sales organization Product Innovation: Drive product innovation through deep appreciation and representation of customer and industry trends/ needs to ensure Twitch continues to provide a powerful and differentiated value proposition Partner with product development to prioritize and build innovative new advertising products to provide a truly better experience for customers Mission, Positioning, Forecasts and Metrics: Develop and actively maintain sales forecasts across assigned accounts and lines of business Utilize data to build sales insights that translate to improved revenue outcomes Long-term forward looking perspective and vision for future growth including meeting sales goals by forecasting revenue, hires, and ramp of sales team members
