Behaviours: Knowledge of relevant procedures Level of customer Service Team Player Health and safety awareness and knowledge Communication Job Description Main Duties * Accountable in setting the account strategic Quality direction and implementation through planning, monitoring and reporting; * Be results driven with an ambition to surpass expectation, able to make decisions for account key quality systems & processes, driving compliance, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction; * As the face of Mitie Quality on the account be able to communicate ideas with confidence (e.g. using data to support), deliver a proactive behaviour and an influencial people style to inspire creativity and improvement; * Whilst managing and maintaining a team of 3-5 direct reports identify, sussession plan and develop the personnel in a fit for purpose Quality and Scientific Services team structure * Provide a collaborative approach with team members, sharing information / best practice to achieve business, individual and collective objectives and goals; * Partner with, coach and provide leadership to site based management and quality teams; during day to day, audit / inspection preparation, change programs, significant investigations / non-conformity, CAPA and follow up actions, using expertise; * Work with site management to ensure facilities, services and processes are fully GMP compliant and have the ability to recongnise Quality risk; * Be accountable for the timely delivery of all quality data and metrics reporting including trending / performance anaylsis in relation to the GSK account at the various governance meetings,e.g Mitie Quality Council; * With a view to the wider business picture and account business objectives using facts & data design and maintain Quality Management Plan for GSK FM; * Ensure full training compliance achieved through oversight of the management of skills analysis, training matrices and instructor led training by site management teams; * Develop, implement and maintain 52 week audit planner for GSK UK and Ireland account with effectiveness review where applicable Qualifications * Degree qualified (Chemistry, Microbiology, Production, Mechanical, Process, Industrial, or Electrical or equivalent) ; * Lead Auditor qualifications essential; * Evidence of continual professional development; * 10 yeas plus experience in GMP, GLP, QMS, and proven leadership skills within the pharmaceutical / medical device industry; * Knowledge of scientific services, Lean and Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement highly desirable; * Excellent consultative, listening, communication and analytical skills; * Critical thinking and flexibility in order to operate both strategically and tatically; * Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organisation and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management; * Ability to focus a team on quality systems thinking and right first time; * Strong report writing and presentation skills.
