Senior Regional Manager - Relocation to UAE (Beauty & premium cosmetics) Salary: Up to £100,000 TAX FREE basic plus generous bonus up to 40%. You'll also need: Large turnover exposure in fast paced premium environments in a Regional management capacity as this role will have a number of Area Managers & operation managers reporting in from the UAE, & Middle East locations Evidence of having full accountability for your stores operations and financial performance Whilst experience with a prestige beauty/cosmetic or fashion brand would be an advantage, like-for-like experience isn't essential if you can demonstrate you're a natural brand fit. Must be commercially focussed with a proven background in multi-region retail operations management and dedicated to driving business performance A track record of success in taking responsibility for achieving results The ability to lead a dynamic, performance-focussed team across a region where retail is THRIVING The rewards Working in Kuwait offers many rewards far beyond the highly competitive salary and bonus scheme.
