Operations Business Manager We're hiring! * * Aon are currently recruiting an Operations Business Manager to assist in theproject management and operational change across Health & Benefits. This role sits within our Health and Benefits Team and is home based - virtual. The Operations Business Manager will be primarily responsible for the management of Health & Benefit's governance frameworks and processes to ensure they meet the requirements of Aon's internal policies and of its regulators. The management of business data and MI processes will be key to this role in order to facilitate active management to drive productivity and better outcomes. About the Role Your impact as an Operations Business Manager; Production and active management of: * Working Capital MI * System/ Process SLAs and RFT analysis * Business MI within Health & Benefits * MI to assist the efficiency of Aon functions * Governance MI (Control Environment, Conduct, Operations) * Policy governance MI.Health & Benefits key point of contact for assigned policies Health & Benefits key point of contact for assigned policies. Assist in the implementation and ongoing management of GDPR and SMCR related requirements. ** ****About you** Your knowledge and expertise: Project Management and Co-ordination Good understanding of policy and governance frameworks within a large corporate environment. Good understanding of revenue recognition processes Data configuration and manipulation skills (i.e. Excel) General system experience such as Tableau, SharePoint, ClickView Effective communication and influencing skills Excellent organizational and co-ordination abilities Salary and Benefits This role offers a competitive salary and bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package and 25 days holiday.
