Causaly is a VC backed startup working on a technology for Biomedical Cause & Effect Discovery and Epidemiology data extraction, empowering researchers and decision makers to quickly find causal evidence and generate insights from vast amounts of documents. Having already processed tens of millions of academic publications (and reading more than a hundred thousand new papers every month), our machine-reading platform turns free-flow text into causal knowledge graphs and descriptive data structures and applies machine learning to surface new knowledge. Our customers include pharmaceutical companies, biotechs, consumer brands to University researchers, NGOs and even policy makers involved in life science research and discovery. See here why we love what we do: The role As our new Marketing Manager, youll be responsible for establishing Causalys brand in the life science industry. Working closely with the sales team, CEO, design and in-house science team, youll be responsible for developing and implementing Causalys customer engagement strategy, including brand awareness, lead generation, lead nurturing and developing a pipeline of engaging content geared towards the life science sector. Your duties will also include identifying and monitoring metrics to identify best practices. Responsibilities: * Ownership of omni channel marketing strategy from planning to execution * B2B lead generation * Collaborate with our sales team on customer engagement * Proactively come up with new ideas on how to acquire our target audience and engage our existing customer base * Webinar implementation with the sales team, product manager, scientific liaisons and occasionally the CEO or CTO * Develop content strategy aligned with business goals * Create and publish engaging content, with the assistance of our in-house science team * Develop and optimize site/blog content, according to SEO best practices Requirements About you: * Youre passionate about the transformative power of technology in life sciences * You have a flair for communicating science and technology in a simple, understandable and engaging way * Youre execution focused, numbers driven, detail oriented and highly organized Your ideal skill set: * Proven track record of successfully implementing marketing strategy in the life sciences sector * 3-5 years of commercial marketing experience with demonstrated application of: B2B lead generation, customer engagement and marketing data analysis * Excellent copywriting skills in a life science context * Experience running PR campaigns or working with external agencies to build brand awareness * Execution focused, numbers driven, detail oriented and highly organized. * Hands-on with a can-do attitude to supporting and driving delivery Benefits * Competitive Salary * Share options, were all in this together and you too shall own a small part of the company * Individual training budget for professional development * Plenty of opportunity to take on more responsibility as we grow * Be part of a multinational, diverse and exceptional early team that builds a transformative knowledge product with the potential to have real impact * Annual team retreat to secret destination * Easily accessible office in the heart of Angel, Islington (right by the station) Causaly welcomes applications from all backgrounds.
