Job title: Manager of Global Marketing Operations Business unit: Marketing Department: Corporate Responsible to: CMO Responsible for: N/A Job Summary The role of the Manager of Global Marketing Opertions is to focus on the strategy, design, execution and operations of the business's lead management processes, marketing databases, marketing automation solution, and tracking performance in order to plan, report, and conduct analyses. They work with key stakeholders from CPA Global's four regions (Europe, North America, Asia Pacific, and Australia/New Zealand), Revenue Planning andSales Operations to deliver demand generation capabilities. This role is accountable for generation pipeline and marketing influenced revenue for the business. Lastly, the role manages the performance-based global Marketing Operation Model that demonstrates marketing efficiencies and supports company profitability (ROI). Summary of responsibilities: * Promote marketing automation and digital best practices to maximise programme effectiveness. * Work with the executive sponsor/product owner of CPA Global's, marketing automation tool, Marketo, to ensure formal governance and control. Provide recommendations for and help prioritize changes to Marketo. Manage agency partner(s) teams to implement Marketo enhancements as required. Ensure full integration with relevant internal systems including Web, Highspot, Gainsight, Salesforce (CRM system), Hoovers, Outreach, and Zoominfo. * Test, monitor & optimise standard lead nurture and events programmes. Apply business intelligence and analytics best practices to forecast / recommend specific lead nurture and event campaigns. * Apply system governance best practices as defined by Revenue Operations. Ensure the documentation and implementation of lead management process improvements to ensure uptake, governance and marketing productivity. * Outline, recommend, implement and monitor marketo programmes to increase the efficiency & productivity of the marketing organisation. * Work with Customer Success team to understand the different online touch points with customers, build online retention and loyalty programs for smaller corporates and law firms. Specifically provide lead generation consulting and approaches to Gainsight product owner for customer targeted marketing campaigns. * Partner with the events team to integrate online promotions and event follow up; and develop a framework to measure success. * Work with the Revenue Operations Business Intelligence and Analytics Specialist to ensure ongoing performance measurement, ROI and KPIs across all digital marketing channels. Analyze marketing operations specific KPIs to understand the underlying influences and make recommendations and/or process changes in response. Provide monthly reporting/dashboard to stakeholders on marketing operations activity and results. * Own the digital marketing policy and engage with privacy teams to ensure policy rigour and GDPR compliance. Work closely with the CRM team to cleanse and segment data. * Focus on 'cut throat' process improvements and/or efficiency to contribute to the profitability of demand and lead generation insurance. * Ensure the development of training for all technical and non-technical users of marketing operations owned tools and processes. * Deliver any global tactical or operational campaigns that need to be activated centrally rather than via the regions, eg NPS, law updates, etc. Principal Duties and Accountabilities Marketing Operations: Support the development and implementation of global processes, tools, metrics, initiatives, infrastructure and technology that will support and improve the operations of the Corporate Marketing and Regional Marketing functions. * Support the creations of a shared service operating model - SLAs, KPIs. Middle / long term, suport the development/expansion of an internal (in an off-shore cost effective location) Marketing Services catalogue to demonstrate marketing efficiencies & support profitability. * Benchmarks the organisation's current marketing activities, performance and investment against industry best practices, and through gap analysis, develops a roadmap for improvements and business case for undertaking necessary changes. * Maintain the institutional memory of the organization by creating a shared knowledge portal and repository of best practices for Marketing Operations. * Provides a consistent and repeatable process for the organisation to quickly adapt to changing business conditions. Demand Generation: Drive and coordinate with the regions the demand/lead generation marketing workflows and measurement with a focus on developing new revenue opportunities and realise ROI on the platform investment within the targets set. * Content Marketing/Marketing Automation: Understanding the content marketing lifecycle, as well as related lead nurturing
