Recruiter: The Little Foxes Club Position : Lead Football Coach Fixed working hours: Saturdays and/or Sundays. Shift times will range, with the earliest start time being 08:00 and the latest finish time being 13:30 Additional hours available around your schedule: Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 18:00 Primary working location : Positions available throughout West, South West & Central London. You will have a fixed working location Pay : 31 - 62 per training session based on qualifications and experience The Little Foxes Club Launched in 2007, The Little Foxes Club is an industry leader; reputable, professional and well-known for our expertise in children's sport. We are looking for a confident and dedicated leader who is able to work as part of our growing team. We would like somebody who has a wealth of knowledge within sports coaching, teaching or childcare and can lead a group of children to work towards their long term development. You must have a passion for what we do and can contribute to the continuous progression of the club. Daily tasks include : * Delivering fun, engaging and educational sports sessions for children ranging from 18 months - 14 years * Supporting new coaches in their development and helping to progress them to a lead coach status * Liaising with customers to provide feedback, discuss their child's development and to promote upcoming events and terms * Maintaining health and safety standards * Promoting the brand in a positive way at all times * Setting up and packing down sports equipment Essential Requirements: * Previous experience of leading sports coaching sessions or managing a group of children within an educational environment * Comfortable to be a lead coach from the first day * Excellent verbal communication skills * Be comfortable speaking to parents and children * Able to commit to Saturdays and/or Sundays on a weekly basis Desired Requirements: * Can deliver sessions to children of multiple age groups * Comfortable with delivering multiple sports * FA Level 2 or higher * First aid qualification All applicants are required to have a valid fully enhanced DBS check, which we can help you obtain.
