We combine data science and behavioural science to develop innovative interventions to empower customers to change their behaviours Advizzo is now entering an exciting new expansion phase, with increasing demand from energy and water utilities. Engaging the consumers through their energy and water companies is at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for a Project Director based in London, England, whom can help us deploying and managing implementations of the Advizzo SaaS platform. Responsibilities * Lead client's deployments of our cutting-edge product suite for our utility clients. * Work closely with the Client Success Team Leader to coordinate the operational delivery of all our projects, as well as with key sales personnel and executives to ensure each client relationship grows over time. * Responsibility in setting up global delivery planning in link with the product development team and product roadmap in order to oversee the product deployment process and ensuring that programmes launch rapidly and flawlessly * Responsibility in setting up customer requirements and associated business requirement during the initial setup phase with new key account clients * Responsibility for managing client relationships, crafting marketing strategies to help our clients meet their customer needs,. * Work with a cross-functional team of engineers, behavioural scientists, product developers, regulatory and legal experts, data scientists, and design professionals to both deploy the programme and maintain its success * Responsibility for the ongoing success of the programme after implementation, driving changes and innovations necessary to improve it and achieve the agreed-upon results, while deepening the ongoing client relationships. Key qualifications * 5 to 8+ years of experience in management consulting, client-facing, project management with a software vendor or system integrator * Possible Management experience of 3+ years * Strong experiences in project management to manage a multi-phased SaaS deployment project * Willingness to implement new internal procedure to gain in project reliability and efficiency * Experiences in building planning for various project setup and roll-out (new project or already existing project) * Experiences in writing detailed business requirements and working in collaboration with our technology team to ensure smooth implementation phase * Experiences in running Customer QA and UAT * Willingness to travel around the UK once or twice a week and internationally occasionally * Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, confident working independently and within the team * Confident, engaging and articulate verbal and written communication skills * Deliver engaging presentation for our customers using PowerPoint, Prezi... * Collaborative, willing to share knowledge with the broader Advizzo team * Ability to understand and visualise complex data * Good time management to juggle work between clients Highly desirable * A passion for working with clients, great people skills and true engagement potential * Previous involvement supporting an analytics software solution operating a large amount of data * Previous involvement in cloud software deployment process Based in London HQ (near London Bridge station).Valid right to work in the UK Apply for this Job
