Citi enables clients to achieve their strategic financial objectives by providing them with cutting-edge ideas, best-in-class products and solutions, and unparalleled access to capital and liquidity. **Job Background/context:** The Global Pricing Services function is a component of Citi's Fund Accounting service. It provides Pricing Services to Citi's Fund Accounting and Middle Office teams located in EMEA, APAC and NAM. The delivery of the project is a key component of Citi's global operating model in addition to being on the critical path for a key client take-on in Q1-2021. The requirements and development work have been largely completed however a high degree of interaction remains critical between Ops and Tech. The system has entered the Test phase and certain re-developments are required. The Testing team is located in India. The development team is based in the US. An experienced project manager is required to ensure the appropriate levels of governance, prioritization, risk & issue management and effective planning are in place. **Job Purpose:** The project manager will own the execution of the project to migrate global Funds Administration Pricing services from the existing in-house platform onto a newly developed in-house platform. The project manager will ensure a robust programme governance structure is maintained, and ensure effective communication and stakeholder management at all levels of the organisation. **Key Responsibilities:** The project manager will: + Ensure that a robust governance process and procedure is in place to execute the projects + Manage all required project status reporting to reflect latest position of all components. + Work directly with each of the individual project teams to co-ordinate their day to day activities + Identify and manage the various risks that arise at a project level. Understand their interdependencies and perform appropriate risk quantification and analysis to evaluate potential impacts on project delivery. + Present regular steering level updates to sponsors and management teams and other impacted stakeholders + Act as a point of escalation for risks / issues that materialise and work with the relevant project teams, sponsor or senior executive to resolve and mitigate + Work effectively with internal technology partners or external vendors to ensure successful project delivery + Ensure that the Citi Control and Quality requirements are understood and consistently adhered to when delivering each of the project outputs + Maintain compliance with all relevant Citi policies and guidelines during all stages of the project life cycle - in particular the PMO standards and framework requirements **Development Value:** High visibility role with the opportunity to influence and help execute against a complex programme of change in a fast-paced and evolving financial services organisation. The role will provide significant exposure to the Security Services leadership team across Operations, Product and Technology. **Knowledge/Experience:** + Strong relevant industry experience. + Good working knowledge of Mutual Funds products and services (ideally, including securities pricing). + Experience of working with regional teams to achieve project outcomes. + Strong background & understanding of the System Development Lifecycle. + Experience of managing global projects with multiple competing interdependencies. + Degree level qualification in Finance, Business, Accounting or related disciplines. + Formal project management certification i.e. PMI, PMP, Prince2 etc. + Hands on experience of dealing with both external software vendors and end user group management. + Effective management of complex decision making. **Skills & Competencies:** + Demonstrable ability to interact with senior management and clients showing in-depth knowledge of Funds Services. + Proven ability to meet new challenges, assimilate new information and to influence people through maturity of approach. + Proven ability to lead the introduction of complex change in a challenging environment. + Proven ability to manage and lead large teams both in-location and remotely. + Experience of coaching and developing others. + Good command of risk management processes. + Team player - able to articulate one's own position clearly, based on fact, but sensitive to the positions, needs and requirements of other
