Care Assistants Nights (Bank) Richmond Villages Richmond Aston-on-Trent, Richmond Drive, Aston-on-Trent, Derbyshire, DE72 2EA We have a great opportunity for a Care Assistant to join our luxury retirement village in Aston-on-Trent. Working hours and salary Night shifts available Full Time & Part Time Night care shifts 7pm till Midnight Salary 9 per hour (night duty enhancements apply to some hours) What your typical day involves Responsibilities will be shared with other staff in meeting the personal care needs of residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence and to help in the general day-to-day activities of the village. You will be responsible for the wellbeing of residents, ensuring that their physical (including personal hygiene), emotional and social needs are met, whilst helping them to achieve their full capabilities in line with the individual client care plans. You will assist in the safe, smooth and efficient running of the Village in accordance with the policies of the Company and the registering Authority guidelines. Who we're looking for You're someone that cares for others and wants to make a real difference to people's lives. Previous healthcare experience is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential along with a practical and common sense approach.
