Senior Care Assistants (Days) - Richmond Villages Hours - 24, 36 and 42 hour - please note that we work to a 12 hour shift pattern on days Salary - 9.84 - 10.81 / hour We have fantastic opportunities for experienced Care Assistants and Senior Care Assistants to deliver care and companionship to our residents at our luxury retirement village in Aston on Trent, Derbyshire. Who we are looking for * Friendly, caring individuals with experience and a passion for care as well as excellent team working and interpersonal skills. * Professional, neat appearance and excellent positive communication skills. * Able to work on their own initiative and resolve issues confidently with minimal supervision. A background in care is desirable but not essential, as is an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care Senior Care Assistants - Experience with Dementia care is essential for this role and we would expect as a minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care In return we offer: * 28 days annual holiday inclusive of bank holidays * An exemplary working environment and the opportunity to develop your career within a supportive, professional team.
