Description Post-Sales Director TAM ( Technical Account Manager) The Post Sales Director TAM is responsible for actively driving and managing the post-sales TAMs and the associated activities/processes (both technical and commercial). The main emphasis for this role will be to provide guidelines and support to the regional TAMs in developing Qualys customers and Partners at Enterprise level. You will be required to correctly position our solutions in the customer's vision, interact with customer at C-level, help on critical phases of the sales process, and ensure timely and reliable closing of business. You will be interacting with the Managing Director UK and directly with the Qualys HQ, to define message, strategy, activity on existing customers, and report on needs, challenges and results. Responsibilities * Primarily provide the commercial/business guidelines and support for assigned accounts * Work with TAMs to identify and develop potential new business opportunities * Work as a PostSales TAM on a specified set of accounts * Provide functional support to customers and Partners * Ensure that customer questions and challenges are efficiently answered and solved, directly or indirectly, on both technical and business-related issues * Responsible for attending conferences, seminars etc. * Reporting regularly and accurately through the Company's CRM * Review accounts situation with TAMs to ensure that customers are satisfied with their Qualys service * Ensure TAMs send renewal and upsell quotations in an accurate and timely manner * Support Channel Partners (when and where applicable) * Provide feedback to Marketing and Product Management * Interface with Support and Product Management, and ensure critical issues and feature requests are followed up * Travel onsite regularly to meet with customers Qualifications Ideal candidate will be self-motivated with important knowledge of IT security and compliance and used to control typical business and sales processes. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in response to emails, RFPs and when submitting reports. Organised and analytical, able to find solutions to obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. * Bachelors degree or equivalent experience * 5-7 years relevant experience in Sales and Technical positions * 1-2 years relevant experience in Sales and Technical Management * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Proven ability to work autonomously on your assigned disciplines and/or tasks * Proven ability to lead Sales and Technical activity in a group of highly skilled TAMs * Experienced at blending technical details with commercial requirements and communicating such matters in a customer-oriented way. * Able to handle multiple and sometimes conflicting customer priorities. * Able to travel throughout the sales territory Desired Attributes: * Previous experience of Qualys or related solutions EEO Employer/Vet/Disabled
