Happy Finish are a global creative production studio, our services include Retouch, CGI, Animation & VFX and VR, AR, MR & AI. We create content and experiences where art meets technology and are a team fuelled by our love for the craft and search for innovation. With an outstanding heritage in retouching and CGI services, we are renowned for our quality of work worldwide, priding ourselves on our industry standing for producing some of the world's most iconic award-winning advertising imagery. We are currently looking for a tenacious Agent to drive business for our highly experienced creative retouching and CGI artist collective, the role is based at our London HQ near Old Street. * We are interested to hear from candidates with proven success in forging lasting relationships with photographers, producers, advertising agency creatives and art buyers, brand marketing leaders and procurement officers. Our ideal candidate would be someone with extensive business development and account management experience, strong commercial acumen, ready to provide a strong contribution to the expansion of Happy Finish's global business through smart outreach/networking, a solid solution oriented approach, long term client relationship building and effective communication skills. You will ideally have a solid professional history within the creative sector closing deals for successful projects with leading clients, be familiar with the sales funnel of a creative business, experienced in preparing quotes, able to manage negotiation, be insightful to our clients needs, and be a good team player. It entails the management of complex deals, liaising with our creative and production teams to produce solid professional, detailed and accurate proposals and budget documents.
