Job Description
We're looking for an individual to help lead the development of our new brand identity including be part of our journey to launch it. This role gives you the opportunity to build in-house creative capability to execute campaigns at a global scale and captivate audiences through the art of story telling through both our internal and external channels. Key Accountabilities * Define Badoo's brand vision , creating an emotional identity and mission that resonates with our audiences globally. * Build and optimise the brand aesthetics, evolving this to a globally recognisable, distinct brand that becomes synonymous with dating honestly. * Create a distinct and enviable brand that positions Badoo the #1 dating app globally. * Deliver brand planning, defining target audiences, and strategies based on consumer brand interaction. * Create campaigns that drive growth, from strategic and conceptual stages through to design execution, messages and creative designs. * Act as Brand Ambassador, aligning our internal and external audiences of our brand vision, identity and mission. Engaging and building this community. * Collaborate with our Product team on app features and product marketing based on brand identity and communication guidelines. * As our brand guardian you will also be responsible for ensuring consistency of branding and tone of voice across all customer touch points. * Continuously track the brand health metrics and ROI to measure success and learnings. Required skills and knowledge * We value experience and looking for someone who has launched conceptual campaigns for a product at a global scale that understands key revenue drivers. * An individual who is articulate, passionate and that has a meticulous eye for detail * A storyteller that can engage with our users, colleagues and media. * Exceptional conceptual, strategic art and copy skills. * Thorough understanding of international markets, including UK, France, US, Spain, Italy and Brazil. * Experience mapping ROI, a good understanding of data science, user research and audience segmentation. * Should you be successful in this process we would like to see campaigns that you have worked on previously.
