Global Benefits Associate Consultant We're hiring! * * Aon are currently recruiting a Global Benefits Associate Consultant to join our team in a virtual homebased role. The Global Benefits Associate Consultant will be primarily responsible for supporting the Global Benefits team through the provision of administrative support and project coordination, to ensure the seamless delivery of services to an international network of clients. About the Role Your impact as a Global Benefits Associate Consultant: Management of variousprojects with appropriate direction Dealing with daily client queries in respect of policy, administrative and claims queries Producing draft reports for presentation to the Consultants and complete benefit comparisons Obtaining data and renewal terms in a timely manner Communicating with external parties to resolve issues and respond to routine enquiries Achieve specified client servicing deliverables and goals based on project scope and statement of work Providing front line support in the absence of a Consultant Proactively providing project updates Attend internal and client meetings and follow up on action logs Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company. About you Your knowledge and expertise: It is not essential that you have experience within Employee Benefits although it would be advantageous Senior level administrative support with experience of project coordination/ project management Strong commercial accumen with the ability to deal with conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment A client focused approach with the ability to cultivate internal and external client relationships Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Competent in the use of PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel Salary and Benefits This role offers a competitive salary and bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package and 25 days holiday.
