The opportunity Be a part of our project management consultancy business that spans our five global hubs, where you can oversee work for world leading organisations across the public and private sectors. Your responsibilities will include: * Producing tender and contract documentation. * Running and managing tender processes. * Providing commercial and contract management. * Developing commercial governance procedures, processes and systems. * Managing eSourcing and/or eEvaluation systems. * Developing packaging and contracting strategies. About you * With a degree qualification in a construction or business related discipline. * With professional memberships i.e. MRICS, MCIPS or MCIOB. * Holding a security clearance. * Suitable experience on major capital programmes and complex projects including construction, engineering or systems projects. * Experience in NEC3 forms of contract. * Experience in procurement delivery. * Involvement in working within the requirements of public sector regulations including the public contracts regulations, utility regulations and/or defence and security public contracts regulations. * Experience of working in a client-focused environment - working closely with clients and other consultants. * Ability to implement commercial policy and advice to client teams. * Ability to take personal responsibility in dealing with clients and others while striving to exceed their expectations. * Ability to manage personal workload and a significant portion of projects in cooperation with line manager. * Familiarity with a range of different complex delivery models. * Excellent document drafting and analysis skills. * Excellent communication and presentation skills.
