Corporate Commercial Solicitor, 6 PQE, Bristol – A highly regarded practice with international reach are seeking a diligent Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their growing team. You can expect to handle a wide variety of Corporate Commercial transactions to include but not limited to: M&A, shareholder agreements, reorganisations, incorporations, directors service contracts and venture capital.
