Amazon Advertising operates at the intersection of eCommerce and advertising, offering a rich array of digital display advertising solutions with the goal of helping our customers find and discover products and services. As a Brand Sales Lead, you will report to the Head of Brand Sales and use your 5+ years of experience in emerging ad solutions (mobile / video / audio) to successfully grow the revenues for Amazon's most innovative advertising products, which include the wildly popular Fire TV, Fire tablet, Amazon Music, Amazon Video, and OTT. You will work closely with Account Executives to develop customer-centric sales strategies and evangelize our brand advertising products among ad agencies and direct advertisers, including TV buyers and brand marketers. Success will be measured by revenue attainment and product adoption, laddering up to larger organizational goals. You will be responsible for prospecting, pitching the brand value proposition, closing and retaining business, and developing relationships with branding ad buyers. This role requires close partnership with our Seattle-based product teams as well as our Ad Operations team, as you will be tasked with being our resident expert in communicating the benefits of and providing branding solutions to improve advertiser experience. This role will drive you to define innovative customer experiences, coordinate with the technical teams to understand and improve product capabilities and partner with our product teams to create a scalable and repeatable sales process. Lastly, you will need to roll up your sleeves as necessary to ensure campaign implementation stays on schedule and that the end product meets our high-quality bar. As a Brand Sales Lead, product expert and project manager, this position requires a proven self-starter with strong interpersonal, project management and analytical skills.
