Job Description

Amazon is looking for a talented Corporate Counsel to support our rapidly growing business. As Corporate Counsel, you will serve as the primary lawyer responsible for advising the business on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters and structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial transactions. You will work directly with business teams, providing day-to-day advice, serving as lead counsel on new strategic deals, innovative programmes and business models, working closely with product compliance teams, resolving issues that arise in existing commercial relationships and handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries. Developing innovative solutions to novel legal questions is part of our daily business. Some travel may be required.
