We expect our leadership team to embody this. ZOLL has an immediate opening for a European Sales Engineer. This position will serve the Europe Direct and EMEAR Distribution regions. Working directly with the ZOLL Sales teams, this role will assist in leveraging the data and communication abilities of ZOLL products and assist in setting the correct expectations for our customers. Responsibilities * Leverage the data and communication abilities and strengths of ZOLL's hardware and software products including but not limited to: * ZOLL X / R Series Monitor / Defibrillators and ZOLL AED3 * ZOLL 12lead and MedGate * ZOLL Case Review (ZOLL Online and In-Premise) and related products * ZOLL Defibrillator Dashboard * ZOLL Remote Viewing and related solutions * Support the efforts of the Sales Teams to close sales * Provide pre-sales technical support (tender specs etc.) & assist with evaluations where applicable * Act as product specialist to define scope of work * Provide Product Demonstrations * Provide technical support for transmission and data communications for product demonstrations and evaluations * Provide feedback to Sales Management, Product Management and Marketing to assist in the further development of the ZOLL Hardware and Software products Qualifications Required: * Strong presentation and communication skills to deliver needed and audience-specific content * Strong technical aptitude and problem solving approach to understanding, defining, and offering a viable solution to customers * Strong IT knowledge in Mobile Communications, Networking and Server Infrastructure * Fluency in English and excellent oral and written communication skills * Fluency in another language (German, French, Italian, Spanish) preferable * Self-motivated and directed * Experience supporting a field sales team to attain sales goals * Experience in providing support to sales organization that focuses on selling complex enterprise software and hardware solutions * Software and/or medical capital equipment sales experience * Ability to travel to all sales regions from home office (estimated 60%) * Located in Europe Desired: * Familiarity with ZOLL Hardware and/or Software products * Knowledge and understanding of EMS & Hospital IS Systems including EMR * History of interactions with Hospital and EMS IT departments * 3 years of experience in a similar role * Professional Qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent * EMS or Hospital background preferred but not required.
