Role: The VP of European Sales will lead, steer and scale Incopro's Sales operations across Europe, ensuring that sales, business development, customer success and channel operations co-operate in facilitating effective coverage and identifying business opportunities, while effectively teaming and collaborating with the wider Incopro sales globally to maximize the coverage and opportunities for Incopro. This role consequently represents a unique opportunity to play a major part in the success of Incopro as a whole. We are therefore seeking a truly exceptional leader who will thrive in building, leading and managing entry level through senior sales teams covering Europe. This individual will report to the SVP of Global sales and manage a group of top performers in one of the fastest growing businesses in the industry. Responsibilities: * Have overall responsibility for sales & GTM strategy in Europe * Establish best practices for the sales organization with sales leadership and enforce their implementation * Provide reliable projections and forecasts for management * Enhance the direct and channel sales programs in place * Recruit, mentor, train and manage varying levels of sales personnel * Establish, manage and fine-tune the sales processes focused on different market opportunities * Working with the sales people to establish and cultivate relationships with the company's top enterprise accounts and develop up-sell opportunities in these accounts * Working with marketing, enhance the company's positioning in the market * Identify tactical channel partnership and strategic technology partnerships for the company * Continually refine and deliver excellent sales presentations to decision makers * Ability to use Salesforce.com at an executive level: run reports, manage dashboards and enforce compliance with sales team * Represent the company at industry events Qualifications and Experience: * Expert in sales methodology and execution: pipeline building, prospect conversion, playbook execution, account planning, sales forecasting * Dynamic, competitive, self-motivated, creative thinker with an appreciation to focus and meeting goals * Excellent track record of building and managing enterprise sales teams in this territory * Proven ability to close 6 figure deals, manage the sales cycles and driving upsells * Experience selling SaaS to enterprise customers, even better if you have sold Brand Protection or IP infringement solutions * Experience overseeing Customer Success execution * Solid solution sales training background and proven discipline to establish and track the sales process * Entrepreneurial team player, yet can take hard decisions when needed * Additional languages/Nationalities are considered as an advantage Employment Type: FULL_TIME
