Job Description

We are now looking for a talented Account Manager to join our growing team, in this newly formed, Scotland-based role. Reporting to the Head of Accounts you will have responsibility for our Scotland contract and a defined number of our existing NHS customers in England that include mental health providers and Clinical Commissioning Groups. Roles and Responsibilities * Operate as the point of contact for assigned existing customers predominantly in Scotland and Northern England * Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders * Attend regular contract review meetings with clients - face-to-face, over the telephone or and via video-enabled meetings * Be accountable for customer retention and growth * Make sure services are delivered to customers according to contract requirements * Act as the voice of the customer internally * Forecast and track defined customer account metrics * Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals whilst also contributing to achieving company goals * Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients * Regularly liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure account KPIs are being met, and issues being resolved * Support multiple customers concurrently * Keep Salesforce up-to-date with key customer communications * Run monthly, quarterly and annual reports as necessary to maintain customer satisfaction and renewal of contracts Requirements Essential : * Account management experience * Enthusiastic and passionate about mental health * Several years in a customer facing role in a business to business environment * A collaborative and consultative approach to dealing with internal and external stakeholders * Able to be proactive and work autonomously * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * A credible and personable working style * Excellent attention to detail * Experience of working for an organisation selling a service Desirable: * Degree educated * Experience of working with the NHS in Scotland or in a healthcare or mental health environment Benefits * Competitive basic salary * Up to 5% matched pension contribution * 25 days holiday per year plus 3 extra days for Christmas office closure, and the ability to purchase more * Death in Service 3 x salary * Discretionary bonus scheme (following successful probation) * Extensive training and development options * Five Ways to Thrive Wellbeing Programme * Active Sports and Social Clubs * Flexible benefits package including healthcare cash plan, cycle to work, gym and shopping discounts and much more.
