Job Description
Would you like to work for a Nursery where you feel valued and part of a supportive team? My client is looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join there well established team, working in a beautiful location with wonderful outdoor facilities. The successful candidate will be offered the opportunity to develop their career in childcare. With a dedicated Deputy Manager who ensures a highly trained team is in place and can maintain the high standards for which they are famed. As a Nursery Practitioner you will: * Work as part of the Nursery team * Maintain a clean and safe environment * Ensure staff/child ratios are maintained * Undertake observations * Supervise meals * Attend and participate in training programmes * Be a key person to a small number of children * Ensure confidentiality is maintained Requirements * Qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Childcare but candidates with an Early Years Childhood Studies degree (with placements) would be especially welcome * Good GCSE results (A-C in English and Maths preferred) * Great passion for child development and a good working knowledge of the EYFS 0-5 years * Car owner and driver preferred Benefits * Annual pay rise * Bonus holiday days where no sickness leave has been taken * Free parking on site * NEST pension scheme * Excellent career opportunities * Internal and external training Salary: 18,000 - 19,609 Closing date: Friday 15th November 2019 Contact: Amandeep at Job Paths 4 U Job Paths 4 U is an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
