The Human Capital department is looking for anHR Manageror experiencedSenior HR Business Partnerto join the PwC Prague HR team. The HR Business Partner will help our teams in driving the firm's people strategy, helping to create a unique people experience for each individual, supporting our firm values and working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and firm-wide success in the marketplace. The role is an excellent development opportunity for someone with strong people, analytical and organizational skills who wants to move their career in human resources forward as it provides insights and experience across the people agenda. Main duties and responsibilities * Close cooperation with Leadership and Team Leaders * HR consulting in the areas of labor code, coaching & development, talent management, performance management, HR policy interpretation and reward - daily advisory and provision of HR guidance * Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention * Resolving of complex employee relations issues and address grievances * Managing key annual events such as annual performance appraisal, salary review process, staff cost budgeting, various staff analyses preparation * Facilitation of annual appraisal meetings, monitoring and reporting on workforce and succession planning * Identifying and consulting on of the implementation of efficiencies and improvements * Managing general HR agenda with a team of a HR Operations colleague and an Intern to support one of our Lines of Services - joiners & leavers agenda, employment contracts, terminations, exit interviews, personal file maintenance We require * Education: University degree * Working experience: at least 2 years' experience as an experienced HR Business Partner or a HR Manager * Ability to independently make decisions and solve problems * Languages: fluent knowledge of Czech and English (daily communication in English with native speakers) * A quick learner with a strong attention to details who uses their initiative, is a lateral thinker, is proactive and has a keen sense of process improvement * Logical thinker with pragmatic analytical skills * Manages time and priorities effectively with a strong sense of delivery * Very good Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills * Excellent Labor Code knowledge * Project management skills and change management skills * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills * Strong client relationship management * Teamwork, enthusiasm, adaptability, flexibility, patience and assertiveness What we are offering? * HR work that makes sense, within a team that is friendly and happy to welcome a new member * Continuous on-boarding with support from the whole HR team * Competitive remuneration and attractive benefits * A friendly team of experienced professionals * International environment * The opportunity to work with a prestigious teams on demanding projects from various areas of HR Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements 0% Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
