Job Description
Overview The role Commercial Contract Management for entire order process (Customer Contracts). Working closely with our European Sales, Commercial Operations and Finance Department. Assistance in the administrative organization and the day-to-day business of the company in contractual matters. Responsibilities What will you be doing? To provide support for all areas of Commercial Contract Management within the euNetworks Group and performing various admin tasks, including preparing and filing documents. Based in Frankfurt /Main. Primary responsibilities will include providing: * Organizational management and archiving of all legal documents for the euNetworks Group * Independent creation and processing of contractual documents based on standard templates * Tracking and processing of customer orders and contracts in general * Responsibility for the termination, disconnection, novation process of customer services Additional responsibilities will include: * Support and execution of insolvency proceedings * Assisting the Finance Department in claim management * Assisting the Legal Department in general admin matters Qualifications We'd like you to bring to us. * Commercial education with general legal skills (preferred in Contract Management, Sales Support or Procurement and Purchasing) * Minimum 2 years professional experience * Fluent English * Fluent German * Strong IT Skills * Strong interpersonal skills * Business and commercially minded * Highly motivated and pragmatic * Able to work independently and manage large volumes of work * Able to work with colleagues at all levels of the organisation * Should be passionate, and enjoy working in a small and dynamic team What can we offer you?
