Noise, Acoustics and Vibrations Team Leader Milton Keynes, UK Are you a Senior Acoustic Consultant with 5+ years' experience in a consulting engineering environment? We have an exciting opportunity for you to develop and lead our Noise, Acoustics and Vibrations Team in our Milton Keynes office in the UK. We are one of the largest noise, acoustics and vibration (NAV) consultants in North America, and are seeking an energetic and passionate team leader to assemble a new NAV team based in the UK to service our clients across Europe. The role includes but is not limited to: Assembling and guiding a team of RWDI noise, acoustics and vibration (NAV) consultants towards meeting project objectives. This team of consultants will collaborate with our wider NAV teams across the globe, as well as other engineering divisions including microclimate, wind engineering, building performance and sustainability teams. Responsible for effectively sourcing, negotiating and facilitating new business in a wide variety of markets including performing arts, education, healthcare, commercial, residential, sport, rail, highways and energy. Responsible for developing strong working relationships with clients. Oversee the preparation of documentation and reporting developed by the technical team. Accountable for the UK NAV team performance, on time and on quality delivery, and ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded. Ensuring that Quality Assurances are completed, recorded and meet company standards and project scope. Track industry developments and innovations to ensure that RWDI is continuously delivering relevant services, and new and innovative deliverables. Regularly develop and deliver presentations at project meetings / workshops and industry events.
