Job Description

An exciting new role or a fluent DANISH speaker has come available in Gourock - a beautiful seaside town in West Scotland. With easy public transportation access and free shuttle bus our client is easily accessible from Glasgow. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be essentially the middleman between customer and higher level support. Your interaction with your client is via phone, email and live chat - listening to your clients' needs, first time resolution and redirecting to the right support team are all part of your daily tasks. The successful candidate has: * Excellent communication skills with fluency in Danish * Good command of English * Previous experience in a customer service role desired * Ability to multi-task * IT literate The selection process is done remotely via email, phone and skype. Once you are successful you will be asked to book your own flight to Scotland, but your flight costs will be reimbursed, 7 nights in a city centre hotel upon arrival, Support in finding accommodation, opening bank accounts and much more.
