Job Description
Come and join our enthusiastic, dynamic, flexible and professional theatre team based at the Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital. We work across a wide range of specialties in order to develop your practice. We place a high value on supporting professional development and offer training both internally and externally. We are a learning environment for students and you will assist with their development alongside our Practice Development lead. We currently require Nurses/ODPs to join our anaesthetic team. We cover a range of specialties and as an anaesthetic practitioner you will become part of the outpost emergency response team. We offer a range of complex surgeries to challenge the skills of the more experienced anaesthetic practitioner. However, we welcome new practitioners who want a change in career as we have an excellent in-house training and development program. If you are looking to develop your career, are a proven team player with good communication and organisational skills, enjoy a challenge and have the motivation and desire to help others, then please consider applying. Because we are a twenty four hour department our shift patterns reflect this. These will include late shifts, weekends, as well as participation in the current on call rota and night duty.
