Job Description

Start Date: Immediate Right to work: Please note all candidates must be eligible to work in the UK Description: Virtuoso is offering a great opportunity to either enter an IT career as a new starter or for someone who wants to advance further in a support role. The applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in an IT support role is not essential as comprehensive Service Desk and technical training will be provided. Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, the successful candidate will be working as part of a growing team supporting a variety of users and IT solutions. Key Accountabilities: * Provide first line support for IT related issues and requests * Provide assistance to customers by phone and email * Track issues and requests to resolution * Update the internal knowledge base with issue resolution details * Support computers, laptops, tablets, smart phones and applications * Escalate issues as required to Tier 2 and Tier 3 support teams * Act as a liaison between customers and technical escalation teams * Develop Microsoft 365 technical skills and knowledge Location/Travel: Primarily working from our head office in London (South Quay) - however travel may be required to client sites around London. *** PLEASE NOTE: Due to the current Covid-19 situation, our teams are currently home-based *** Benefits: We are committed to creating great jobs for great people, and provide: 21 days paid annual leave, per year (in addition to statutory bank holidays).
