Senior Marketing Specialist OneStream Software Manchester, United Kingdom Employment Type Full Time ABOUT THE JOB Due to our phenomenal growth we are now seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to join us in our Manchester, UK office. Reporting into the EMEA Marketing Manager, this position offers a variety of exciting projects. This person will be responsible for the design, implementation, and execution of field marketing, digital campaigns and events. S/he will work closely with marketing and sales teams to create and execute on demand generation activities which drive the creation of pipeline. Primary responsibilities: * Develop field marketing plan quarterly, utilizing tactics like email marketing, online marketing, direct mail, live events, etc. * Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research. * Plan and manage relevant regional events, to meet or exceed projected lead targets. * Define and execute advertising strategy across all relevant platforms. * Develop knowledge of all product lines/services and positioning. * Manage messaging for social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns. * Measure and optimise performance across platforms. * Report metrics on performance on a regular basis. * Work with design team to optimise visual assets for ads. * Track expenses and budget in an organised fashion This is an exciting opportunity to help build our fast-growing international company, your career, as well as the careers of others. QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE Formal Education and Certification * College diploma or university degree in business, marketing or relevant degree is desirable Knowledge and Experience * 4-6 years' experience in marketing, B2B SaaS business is a plus. * Experience in developing marketing activities in the EMEA region. * Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or other content management system (CMS) is required. * Experience working with content management systems (CMS), preferably WordPress. * Project management experience is required. * Knowledgeable about social media channels (blogs, LinkedIn, Twitter, others) and capable of effectively leveraging them for content. Nice to Have * Proficiency in other European Languages is a plus.
