Job Description
Who are we? Welcome to Tractable, we're an AI company with a mission of transforming breakthrough discoveries in deep supervised and semi-supervised learning into products that actually help people What would you be doing? Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will: * 3-5 years' of project management and implementation experience at Strategy house, SaaS provider, or a relevant fast growth startup * Own the transition from pilot to production with specific customers (entails going from / 100ks of revenue to / Ms) * Ensure satisfaction across the customer hierarchy, from C level to daily users of the product, eventually hiring and building your own customer success teams as you progress * Design and re-engineer specific customers' business processes to enable their adoption of AI products * Negotiate the renewals with our customers: the goal is to get them to use our product for all their claims within a few months! * Become an expert at - and evangelist for - Tractable's technologies and the capabilities of machine learning * Feed customer and market insights back to rest of the company, to help design the next generation of AI products for us to build Who are you? * Educated from top-tier university * Experienced in top-3 consultancy, enterprise tech giant or a relevant fast growth startup * Experienced in engaging Fortune 500 execs strongly preferred * Experienced with data science products, insurance or other slow-moving industry preferred Company benefits * Competitive salary package & twice a year performance reviews * Equity -ownership in the business * Pension scheme * Competitive maternity + paternity leave * Daily snacks & soft drinks * Regular company events such as Games Nights, Movie Nights, Lunch & Learns, Monthly Brunch and more * 25 days paid annual leave + bank holidays * Most importantly, an awesome team to work with who believe in innovation and are committed to being excellent at what they do * Bright office in central London (Old Street) * Opportunity to change the world with Artificial Intelligence!
