Job Description

Project Coordinator Due to growth and investment in Unipart Group's IT function we are currently looking for a talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Project Coordinator. You will support the PMO office, ensuring project standards are adhered to and PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) tooling is supported. Project Coordinator Responsibilities: • Tracking, monitoring, and updating the status of project and programme deliverables. • Maintaining the central capacity plans and resource tracking service across the portfolio. • Producing weekly performance reporting to the IT leadership team. • Producing reports, papers, and dashboards using a variety of software and data systems to access and generate information. • Ensuring project governance processes are adhered to and standardisation of all project documentation and effective management of project progress. • Providing administration support with our PPM tools. • Writing and maintaining training documentation. Project Coordinator Requirements: • Experience of working in a project role as a coordinator / analyst / administrator. • Strong administration experience. • Previous experience producing reports. • Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external contacts. • Excellent communication skills. • Drive and desire to progress - we see this role developing into a junior project manager.
