No Closing date 28 June 2020 23:55 Salary 38,694 to 46,423 per annum The role We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Consultant to join the University, driving the delivery of the strategic people priorities. This is a great opportunity to join a busy, diverse and friendly HR team supporting a creative educational environment. Reporting to the Head of HR (Advisory Services), you will be working closely with a varied group of clients in managing their people priorities and realising key aims and objectives during the year ahead. Responsibilities include advice on employment legislation, dealing with a wide range of employee relations casework, providing valuable support in implementing key HR policies and procedures and line management of one colleague. Your profile Our ideal candidate will be CIPD-qualified to graduate level or equivalent, or working towards this, with experience in a generalist HR role. You will be an excellent and influential communicator, solution focused and with a proven track record of successful customer service, task management, team work and problem-solving. Organisational skills and relationship-building and are also key to the role.
