The focus of your role To meet the ever-increasing expectations of customers, our clients are looking for new and innovative ways to undertake processing and optimise their operations. At the same time, there is a drive to free up colleagues from 'low value' work, transforming the value proposition for Operations. In response to this, client strategies are increasingly drawing on the power of automated and digital tools to achieve their objectives. As a result, we are seeing a significant increase in demand for Operational Transformation Consultants who are able to identify, design and deliver process change, utilising tools from Robotic Process Automation to Artificial Intelligence. We have built a successful track record of establishing effective automation strategies and working with our clients and technology partners to deliver high quality solutions. Our consultants draw on a strong foundation of analysis and design skills and bring with them the understanding of how to maximise the value of these tools in their client's operations. What you'll do You will help our clients digitise and optimise operational processes across the value chain, delivering sustainable, agile and digitally-driven Process Optimisation and Automation solutions. You will help our clients with challenges ranging from the design of an automation strategy, to delivering an automation solution for a specific process. What is always common is a need to deliver value at pace from the tools at your disposal. You will find ways to help clients get the most form their automation toolset, identifying high potential processes, creating transformative designs and translating these into meaningful requirements. As such you form the key link between Operations, Technology and Leadership teams, understanding the motivation, needs and language of each. You will be seen as a constant source of innovation, combining and understanding of client goals with your knowledge of process optimisation and intelligent automation to help shape use cases that inform the technology roadmap.
