TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES To support our rapidly growing company, we are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Junior Legal Solutions Analyststo join a team that is focused on employee engagement and delivering customer excellence. Your primary responsibility will include legal invoice review, manipulation of data in Microsoft Excel and other in-house tools, writing client reports, communication with external vendors and clients and assisting external vendors in their invoice submissions. Other tasks may include arranging, attending and minute-taking for internal and external meetings and preparation of presentations. The successful candidate will hold the following qualifications and skills : * University degree or equivalent work experience in a similar role. * Excellent written and spoken English * Strong customer service skills * Confident communicator in English, providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders * Process-oriented with high attention to detail * Comfortable working on a computer for most the day, heavy focus on data processing * Ability to work well within a team structure * Results driven with a hands-on, proactive attitude * Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage own time effectively * Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel , comfortable with working on reports and dealing with statistics. * Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert data into meaningful insights * Willing to work overtime and flexible to meet the needs of the business * Positive attitude * Highly desirable but not essential, experience working in the Legal IT Sector
