Junior DevOps Engineer | Up to 32k | Newcastle All interviews and onboarding can be done fully remote. My client are results-focused, not methodology-focused. They work in an Agile way. They like this approach as it reduces up-front scoping activity and hence saves clients time and money. It is important to involve clients in regular meetings to ensure that progress is clear and that any changes can be made rapidly. REQUIREMENTS They need engineers with skills in the DevOps scene as well as exposure to a number of other technologies. You will have worked around multiple parts of the software lifecycle. Needed: * Experience with IaaS services such as Amazon Web Services or similar * Experience with Javascript, Java, C# * Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) * Terraform or CloudFormation * Source code management systems such as Git, build tools such as Maven and CI tools such as Jenkins or Concourse. * Experience of working in a team with a DevOps culture surrounded by lean / agile delivery methodologies.
