Job Description Main Duties * Establish good working relationships with the Client and service lines in order to be recognised as the natural go to person and a trusted partner. * Liaise every day with the service lines to ensure the correct level of service is being provided i.e. security, reception, porterage, mail room, housekeeping, engineering, cleaning, catering * Deliver excellent customer service, at all times. Be highly visible in designated area to clients staff to resolve, meet & greet with eye contact and a smile when entering your area * Identify and apply opportunities to develop services delivered and improvements to customer interaction * Monitor, action and escalate incidents as appropriate to achieve agreed service levels and to keep customers informed of status and progress of their resolution. * Initiate contact with all new starters and carry out floor based inductions to start colleagues off on the right foot in their work space. * Assisting with staff queries both in person, by email or via telephone e.g. new locker needed, broken furniture etc. Regular meetings and progress updates with Department Heads, PA's and FM account management team. Manage all building signage that is asked to be displayed by Client * Support the delivery of space utilisation data by carrying out periodic audits locker management in conjunction with the Source 8 Space team ensure all starter and leaver information that you are aware of is communicated to the team. * Initiate first contact with customers regarding furniture requests or repairs. * Ensure all tasks are logged with the helpdesk and a record of all tasks is kept up to date and managed through to completion. * Continually maintain the appearance of the hub area throughout the day to achieve agreed standards. * Maintain a professional image at all times. * Ensure meetings rooms within designated areas are always ready for business, this includes room layout, cleanliness and equipment testing and stock replenishment.. Measured by AM and PM floor walks. * Promote and ensure the clients rules and clear desk policy are adhered to within allocated area if in effect otherwise effective housekeeping is applied to ensure we maintain Fire walkway's * Conduct regular floor walks to ensure brand standards are maintained at all times i.e. cleanliness, maintenance, replenishment. * Act as the lead Fire Marshal in your designated area of work and support the fire strategy by actively taking part in planned evacuations and in-vacuations. In some cases you will be the Incident Commander if you are the most senior FM person onsite. * Act as a First Aider for your designated area of work and support the wider approach to first aid treatment across the site. Qualifications * Experience of Microsoft word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint and other Office 365 suite applications * Educated to GCSE level or above * Good telephone manner and understanding of customer care * Ability to work within a team structure * Ability to multi task and prioritise own workload * NVQ or equivalent in business administration * Experience of Maximo and Oracle an advantage * Knowledge of Microsoft Forms and other Collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams an advantage.
