Overview
Our client has a temporary vacancy for a Facilities Assistant. This role is working full time from 23rd March till 10th April 2020. Working hours 9am - 5pm with an hour for lunch. Ideally, they are looking for someone who can undertake the following duties: Manage enquiries in the absence of the receptionist Ability to adapt to changing demands and prioritise workload Carry out maintenance checks and call contractors out as required, chase up contractors as required and manage whilst on site Monitor stationery and other supplies Ensure collection of recycling and shredding of office items Manual handling activities Good customer service skills Experience of working in a post room is advantageous Due to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application.
