Insch Medical Practice 6 session salaried GP opportunity We could do the normal boring advert starting with a picture of the beautiful local countryside surrounding Insch. We could give you all the usual statistics about the Practice and how fantastic we are. We could follow the tried and tested route to recruit a new GP.....but hopefully we are not boring, usual or followers. Our website www.inschmedicalpractice.co.uk and Practice profile will give you all the usual information but what do we think is important to tell you now? * We are a 5 partner Vision Practice with 6,600 patients * We strive to have a locally focused, patient centered contract. * We work very closely with all our co-located Health and Social Care colleagues including Community nursing team, Health Visitors, Chiropodist, CPN, Midwife, Psychological therapist, Pharmacy team and are about to welcome our first contact Physiotherapist. * We provide care within an attached 10 bed Community hospital and minor injury unit. * We are a dynamic forward thinking team who actively encourage all staff to be involved with the development of the Practice and also fulfill their own potential. * We believe a good work life balance is essential to make us productive individuals and a great team * We laugh a lot If you think you might enjoy working with a team like ours, then get in touch.
