ELLON GROUP PRACTICE (Aberdeenshire) GP Partner/Salaried GP Opportunity (4-9 sessions considered " may suit more than one applicant) Looking for a friendly supportive GP Practice to further your career? The Ellon Group Practice are seeking an enthusiastic, caring individual to complement our dedicated team. We pride ourselves in providing excellent evidence based patient care with high levels of patient satisfaction and service, and ensure that every employee/partner feels valued and respected, which underpins the success of our organisation. To help achieve this, we are a friendly GP team who meet daily for coffee and open discussion. With a supportive on call rota you will never feel that safety is compromised. A paperlight, EMIS and Docman practice, we strive to embrace new technology for the benefit of both our patients and staff. Subject to the current COVID related restrictions, we offer an internet booking system and text reminder service. The practice positively promotes the NHS Near Me video consulting service which allows patients to attend appointments wherever is convenient, using their own computer, smartphone or tablet device. We are an undergraduate/GP trainee practice, hosting a postgraduate educational programme with visiting specialist Consultant speakers. Our hardworking Practice Management Team endeavour to reduce our administrative workload and time considerably. We are supported by two Practice Pharmacists, and two ANPs. We have an extremely low house visit rate, so you won't be able to enjoy the beautiful surrounding coast and countryside during working hours, but we have achieved a good work/life balance enabling plenty of recreational time.
