Job TitleChief Risk Officer, New Zealand Job Description Authorisation/Sign-Off Levels: Reporting directly to the CEO, New Zealand, the role is expected to operate independently on a day-to-day basis and seek guidance and support when needed. The role also has a close relationship with the Regional CRO, ensuring the Risk division has close alignment across the region. Key Relationships: Local Internal New Zealand Leadership Team Region Australi, New Zealand Executive Team Senior Risk MT All members of the CRO Domain MT Heads of Compliance, Audit, Operational Risk, Governance Heads of Country Banking and Wholesale Banking Finance & Control Risk Management Region Australia, New Zealand Global Internal Wholesale & Rural (WR) CRO Domain (Credit, Operational, Market Risk) Heads of ERM in other WR regions External Customers Regulators Key Performance Indicators: Relationships with main internal and external stakeholders Risk and control environment of the Bank as measured by audit / regulatory findings, regulatory compliance, alignment with Group policies and standards Quality, timeliness and efficiency of the business unit under management Best practice leadership, as evidenced by a motivated and capable team
