Our platform provides a simple all-in-one solution for churches to go digital, including worship, giving, outreach, and management. Through brilliant design we can make our customers lives easier by building intuitive products that help them achieve their mission. About the Role We are looking for a Head of Product to join us at Faith.online and lead our product team. You will work directly with the CEO and the rest of the leadership to develop and execute against a product roadmap that aligns with the company strategy. Specifically this will involve managing the backlog, metric based decision making, growing the product team, and strategic planning and execution. As the product leader you will be highly motivated to build out the product function, establishing best practices, implementing rigorous decision making, setting a high standard for the team, and be the ultimate voice of the customer within the team. You will be an empathetic leader, communicator, and driven to help your colleagues excel. Your responsibilities will include * Shipping product features on time and to a high standard through meticulous backlog management, planning, and retrospectives * Prioritisation of work for the team through frequent customer interactions, engagement with other teams, and alignment with the CEO * Establishing best practice for product analytics on the website and app, to identify and track KPIs, improve conversions, and optimise decision-making * Using A/B testing to validate hypotheses, optimise landing pages, and improve the UI/UX * Creating and realising the product vision at Faith.online, including product roadmaps, hiring plans, and organisational structures * Building out the product team, including hiring, onboarding, and managing your team Requirements You will have * 5 to 8 years experience in the area of product management at a technology-driven organisation * Proven track record of leading and growing a team at a b2b SaaS company * Worked and thrived at an early stage startup, from Seed to Series B stage * A high attention to detail, strong project management capabilities, and expertise with Trello, Jira, or similar PM software * Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, acquisition KPIs and more complex funnels, including the tools needed to capture them, such as Google Analytics, Segment, and Full Story * Editing and copywriting skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to drive a team to success * Basic HTML, CSS, and Javascript knowledge to build and launch simple web experiments A bonus if you have * Product marketing experience, such as SEO/SEM optimisation for blog and content marketing, or growing email lists using segmentation strategies * Ability to write code to develop custom APIs for metrics and reporting * Experience with B2B2C SaaS product development * Worked in a fully remote team * Built products for elderly customers Benefits * Generous share option package * 4 day work week with 1 day for learning, self-improvement, and reflection * Unlimited holidays, we trust you to decide when to take breaks * Private health insurance plan * Pension contributions * Budget for home office set up * Monthly expenses to contribute to bills & utilities * Fully remote team (no commute, flexible work, home cooked meals!)
