Job Description
Regional Manager Higher Education Student Recruitment UK/EU QA Higher Education provides a range of Business, Management and IT career-focused programmes ranging from Level 3 to Level 7, accredited by University partners. Students can currently choose to study at city-centre campuses in London and Birmingham with additional locations being available as new partnerships are developed. About The Role As one of a team of Regional Managers of Student Recruitment working within the UK and EU you will be responsible for developing & managing recruitment channels and delivering against agreed recruitment targets via agents, partners and direct recruitment. You will have the experience to take responsibility for servicing and expanding existing channels and developing new channels and identify new partnership and recruitment opportunities within your market(s). With your drive, determination and track record you will ensure we develop new business and build sustainable relationships. Main Responsibilities * You will be responsible for setting the recruitment targets for your prescribed markets in line with corporate objectives * Develop an integrated regional recruitment strategy that ensures the full range of recruitment models and channels are represented across and within the regions to maximise income and reduce risk. * Responsible for the effective day to day management and development of your existing partners and recruitment channels to ensure achievement of regional goals, and delivery of exceptional service to students and stakeholders * Develop new partners and opportunities within your markets. Skills & Experience Required * Required - Good First Degree, Advantageous - Higher Degree or professional management qualification * Proven track record of successfully operating in the HE sector * Experience of working with and recruiting UK and EU students * Track record of success in a similar sales environment * Management Experience or client relationship or team Leader experience * Sales driven and motivated by a target based culture * Commercially focussed, capable of delivering results in a cost effective manner * Strong customer focus, committed to ensuring delivery of excellent service standards * Ability to operate at all levels of the organisation acting as an ambassador for the UK and EU team and our University partners both internally and externally.
