THE POSITION: Operations Manager LOCATION: The Shard, London Hylink is the UK's first digital marketing agency to move from China and establish in Europe. The UK operation has grown rapidly since launching with a high performing team of 15 and we're now looking for an organisational rockstar to be the hero / heroine of our London office. This is a unique opportunity to join the team at a key stage of growth with responsibilities across a multitude of functions. We're seeking a candidate who will be the keystone for operations at Hylink. Someone who understands how data can be applied to make the team operations more efficient. Candidates must be proficient at working with reporting systems as well as having good interpersonal skills to interact with the team. Established during the advent of the Chinese ad industry in the 1990's, Hylink has grown to 15 offices across China and now a global network in Seoul, LA, New York and London.The Hylink London office helps western brands access China through our digital capabilities including marketing & brand strategy, research, social media, content creation, search, media planning & buying, data analytics and mobile marketing. China's tech giants of Tencent (owns WeChat), Sina (owns Weibo) and Baidu are key stakeholders in Hylink enabling our clients to leverage this network for effective marketing campaigns.Hylink London is innately digital and natively Chinese. We're the first Chinese network digital agency to establish in the UK. Main duties and responsibilities of the job: * Day to day operations to support the client servicing team * Gatekeeper of internal systems such as project management and timesheets (Avaza), client on boarding and invoicing (Xero) and handling internal operational expenses * Reporting to ensure productivity and profitability * Proactively identify and implement ways in which the internal processes can be more efficient What we're looking for: * Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented and the ability to handle multiple priorities * Proven ability to manage systems and understanding how data can create efficiencies to running the team operations * Desire to contribute to Hylink's reputation, growth, culture and success * Outgoing personality, a sense of humour and ability to adapt to change * Open to sharing best practice in operations as we expand across Europe in Paris, Munich and MilanMeticulous eye for detail - you'll be working directly with the MD Compensation: * up to 35,000 dependent on experience * 31 days holiday, life assurance, medical insurance, employer pension contribution To apply, please send your CV to jobs@hylink.co.uk .
