Are you passionate about the Fine Arts Industry and have the desire and energy to develop the future workforce of artists? Do you want to combine your professional process with a teaching role or are you already an experienced tutor who is looking for a new challenge? To meet the ambition of delivering an outstanding educational experience in our Art and Design provision, we are seeking a person who has the passion and energy about the Fine Art Industry to develop the next generation of bright qualified Conceptual Artists. Our college has the ambition to expand the range of courses and services to meet the needs of local and national creative industries and support the growing economy, this is an excellent opportunity to join the team and be a part of this development. We strive for excellence therefore we are looking for applicants who will work to develop and embrace exciting and innovative modes of delivery. We welcome experienced industry applications who are willing to undertake an appropriate teaching qualification and newly qualified teachers, as well as from experienced and qualified tutors already delivering an outstanding experience in an educational setting. As an Art and Design lecturer you will be helping learners to understand both the practical and theoretical elements of their course so applicants will need to demonstrate good working knowledge of the Fine Art industry to deliver inspirational sessions to learners. We have provision for a range of courses up to Level 3. Our learners are of mixed ability and age, which will keep the role challenging and interesting yet thoroughly rewarding.
