ABOUT THE TEAM Our Risk team sits at the very core of Revolut. It works across functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure that the business is on safe footing. ABOUT THE ROLE The Head of Credit risk will work with Revolut's Chief Risk Officer to lead group-wide credit risk management at Revolut. You will: Develop and maintain Revolut's credit risk strategy, policy and reviews Support the localisation of global credit risk policies Oversee credit risk model development and liaise with regulators on model-related issues Lead reporting and monitoring to manage retail credit risk exposure Evaluate the quality of corporate fixed income securities and assign credit limits Advise the Board on group-wide credit risk exposure and risk management framework WHAT YOU'LL NEED Expert knowledge of retail stress testing, application scorecard and IFRS 9 impairment methodology Extensive experience working with regulators to ensure sustainable growth Experience developing credit risk frameworks and policies You have experience with credit risk analysis for corporate fixed income securities. A strong academic record with a degree or concentration in a STEM discipline Proficiency in Python/SQL Excellent problem-solving skills A little about us...
