Senior Account Manager - Cloud Computing We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join our high performing B2B sales function. You'll be armed with a highly innovative technology proposition, and the training and support you'll receive will enable you to secure lucrative deals with large corporate clients. You won't be limited to selling one product or service. You'll promote solutions that will modernize your customers' entire IT architecture. This is not a simple task, but it's one that will offer significant earning potential. You'll have support from pre-sales, technical, and professional services teams, whose unrivalled expertise will set you apart from your competitors. You'll focus on identifying and presenting viable solutions to your customers' problems, i.e. a 'solutions selling' approach. Each customer you work with will bring a unique set of challenges, so you can be sure that no two days will be the same. You'd be rewarded with a generous uncapped commission plan, and you'll get the flexibility to balance your work life with your personal interests and commitments. What you'll do: * Promote Google Cloud products and managed services in your specified industry vertical in alignment with an agreed account plan * Develop and maintain positive relationships within assigned accounts whilst proactively following up on opportunities to close deals * Plan approaches and pitches, working with colleagues to develop a proposal that addresses the client's needs, concerns & objectives * Work with the Professional Services team to successfully scope and deliver projects for customers What you'll need: * You'll have significant enterprise account management or business development experience in the IT industry (B2B), and will have worked with enterprise accounts. * You'll possess a combination of business and technical knowledge that enables you to engage effectively with CXO level client contacts, Technical Consultants and IT Architects. * You will be highly motivated in your approach to meeting sales targets, and you'll be knowledgeable, proactive and consultative when engaging with customers. * Knowledge of Public Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) - you'd get full training on the Google product set, but prior knowledge would be helpful.
