Job Description

Data and Systems Analyst - Barnet Salary: £ 15.03ph Full-Time (37 hours) Job Purpose To support the management of high quality resilient works and data IT systems, and to ensure that Street Scene works and data IT systems intergrade between web service, customer service systems and in-cab, crew and supervisor handhelds. To produce data and analysis it to support Street Scene both for business as usual, performance reporting, new projects and service planning. Street Scene services include: • Recycling and Waste, • Street Cleansing, • Ground Maintenance • Commercial Development • Fleet Maintenance Role Specific Responsibly * • To maintain and act as administrator for the Street Scene Data and Works * Management System(s) * • To maintain and act as administrator for other Data Systems as required * • To ensure a high level of data integrity and accuracy across Street Scene * • To design and produce performance reports for Street Scene to enable its business * to be managed in the most efficient way possible * • To produce performance reports and data to report corporately and to forecast * performance * • To fulfil national obligation on data production for wastedataflow, fly capture etc. * • To track contamination data and carry out trend analysis * • To ensure Street Scene Staff are trained to use all necessary systems * • To carry out one to one training or small group training on Street Scene systems * • To ensure Data Systems are kept updated and meet required standards * • To ensure incremental improvements to systemsto meet the needs of the Service * • To analyse data and trends within Streets Scene to propose service improvements * • To research best practice across the industry and how it could be applied to Street * Scene * • To provide data and analysis to all parts of the business as requested We offer: * 24 hour one on one specialist consultant based within your geographical area * 4Recruitment Services Employee Benefits Programme * Our own dedicated payroll support ensuring you get the full benefits of your payment Recruitment is done in line with safe recruitment practices. 4Recruitment Services is an equal opportunities employer.
